Prepare tender brief and present to management.
Furnish tender key issues report and discuss with all stakeholders (technical department, specialist sub-contractors, planning department, HSE department, etc.)
Conduct techno-commercial discussions with sub-contractors/sub-consultants, assist and provide clarifications.
Prepare cost comparisons and conduct pre-bid negotiations with sub-contractors/ suppliers.
Arrange final sub-contractor recommendation to management and provide explanations and justifications.
Prepare rate analyses / cost estimates.
Value engineering shopping list and cost estimation.
Final price discussion with management and tender submission.
Respond to post tender queries.
Attend Post tender negotiations.
Provide BOQ item breakdowns as required for finalizing contract BOQ.
Provide rate breakdowns to site team upon their request.
