ASSEMBLER, IFA ROTORION

I operated machines for line 6 to make drive shafts for ford, also for lines 7 and 8 BMW and GM.

Setting up the machines to run the part numbers that are going down the line.

The machines I operated were the BJ75 work bench and the Balancer. The BJ75 assembled the front and rear shafts together while filling the spline with grease. The Balancer balanced the fully assembled drive shaft by spinning the shaft at a rpm to compensate the weight that was needed on each plane.

Organizing and 5S area to have a clean work space

Trained new people from temp agencies to operate the line.

November 03, 2020 – November 28, 2020

ASSEMBLER, MAHLE

Assembled radiators for Valvo with air tools.

Used a crane to lift them off the machine set them on the racks to be sent off.

Pressure tests the radiator for leaks and marked all the bolts and screws for quality checks.

January 3 2021 – February 5 2024

CNC Operator, DC Machine

Lifting 100lb boxes of gun barrels out the crate to be set to Gas Port.

Assembling barrels by torqueing the extensions with loctite and putting pins in the extensions to be ready to be ran through the HAAS CNC.

Correcting offsets (X and Y axis) on the HAAS that was checked by Quality.
