Jun. 1999- Oct. 2013 AT&T Network Technician
Worked in the Network Reliability Center for three years monitoring,
testing, and troubleshooting AT&T facilities on the fiber optic level.
During tour of duty made dispatches, received calls, tickets, escalations and
special assignments from supervisors. Worked on such equipment such as Cisco,
Nortel, Fujitsu, Lite span and other telecommunication technologies.
Worked in the Customer Wholesale Interconnect Network Service Center
For ten years. Monitored, tested, and troubleshooted AT&T facilities that
was leased out to customers on the T3, T1, ISDN and DDS level. During tour duty
made dispatches, received calls, tickets, escalations, special assignments from
