Receive/cross check for errors for inbound hazardous and universal waste manifest and bill of ladings for materials for recycling. Inbound/outbound calls to customers, sign and send final paperwork to the EPA and the DEQ of Arizona. Scan and send received documents to billing department for invoicing. Manage high end accounts, create, and send out new price sheets, waste information profiles for incoming waste for recycling. Handle inbound and outbound customer service follow-up calls. 2-50 calls per day. Responsible for calling on accounts I managed that had past due invoices and help to obtain the past due monies and work with the customer prior to sending them to collections.
