• Accelerated the strategic planning, road map creation, delivery, financial forecasting & control, resource planning, vendor selection, vendor management, resource procurement, and program/project planning for a global implementation of a Data Quality (i.e., Oracle EDQ) program, and Master Data Management (i.e., Oracle MDM) as well as Data Governance programs.

•Spearheaded the creation and implementation of key performance indicators for data governance as well as data quality.
