Working with clients on what types of grooms, education of pet care, sedated grooming, insuring all my pets are well taken care of. Because we're a hospital, we get animals that aren't able to be groomed anywhere else, due to the attitude of pets, age, on meds, etc. so I've worked on fractious dogs and cats and understand how to groom and work with them.
