Professional Experience

2017 to 2024 - Building Engineer, provide maintenance and repair to all mechanical systems like HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

2007 - 2017- Maintenance Supervisor, PRG Real Estate Mgt. company, maintaining an 864-unit property in Virginia Beach with a ten-person maintenance staff, also prior to Virginia Beach a 416-unit property in Florida with a five person staff.

HVAC/CPO certifications. Punched, painted and repaired all that is required to prepare unit for occupancy. Worked within established budget, monitor contractors while keeping close communication with upper management.

2000 - 2006- Supervisor - USA Seawall and Construction Co. Removal layout and reconstruction of waterside seawalls and their components with a crew of 8 men. Operated excavators, large drills and concrete equipment.

2000 - 2004- Associate – Building Materials Lowe’s Home Improvement Co. provided customer service and material stocking. Operated forklifts, rolling stairs and store equipment.

1997 - 2003- Manager - Maintenance Planning, US Airways, maintained a large fleet of jet aircraft heavy maintenance inspections. Coordinate all planning functions and activities with necessary departments to include Engineering, Logistics and parts Distribution.

1991 - 1997- Planner/electrical assembly, Orion Bus Industries planned and assembled components on a transit bus main electrical panel. Consisting of switches, relays and wire harnesses.

1982 - 1997- Manager, Supervisor, Mechanic-for three merged airlines to include US Airways, Piedmont Airlines and Empire Airlines.
