EXPERIENCE

PRODUCTION SCHEDULER/PLANNER, ANALOG TECHNOLOGY CORP. FEB 2023 – PRESENT Using Epicor ERP for the following Duties and Responsibilities:

Release jobs from Planning Workbench and appropriate documentations to kitting.

Provide Sale quoted products lead-time based on material availability, router, transportation and capacity.

Coordinate Pull-in/Push-out requests, Jobs-On Hold with Sales and Materials to provide customer feedback on proposed revised requirements.

Work closely with Purchasing, Account Management, Production, Engineering, Materials and Administration departments to resolve day-to-day issues.

Managing jobs including adding/revising materials, adding production operations and setting up miscellaneous jobs as requested.

Reschedule jobs based on Sales requirements, capacity, machine availability and material status.

Review short term and long term production capacity daily to establish workload requirements, capacity shortfalls, and assist with Action Plans to ensure production schedules are maintained.

Update the production calendar to ensure accurate capacity availability and Managed Inventory Programs to guarantee inventory is available per forecasted requirements. PRODUCTION SCHEDULER, INTEGER CORP. AUG 2015 – FEB 2023 Using Oracle for the following Duties and Responsibilities:

Scheduling Production orders for multiple departments for internal and external customers.

Monitor high volume products and orders closely to ensure shipment deadline are being met to customers for their weekly shipments.

Work closely with Supervisors and Leads to help achieved each department’s goals for On Time to Stock and On Time to Delivery.

Coordinate Pull-in/Push-out requests, to provide customer feedback on proposed revised requirements due to Materials or other issues related to product building.

Using Item Workbench and Supply & Demand in Oracle System to maintain orders status for accurate reporting.

PRODUCTION GROUP LEAD AND TEAM LEAD, INTEGER CORP. SEPT 2004 – AUG 2015

Working with team and scheduling daily work based on current priorities given by Supervisors and Management.

5S Team Audit member for production area.

Help with Non-conformance and Corrective Actions for NCR related issues.

Reviewed that all operations are perform with highest quality to meet customers demand.

Train new operators within the department, making sure that company policies, values and procedures are being followed.

EDUCATION

Diploma with completion of Clinical Study, learning both Administrative side and clinical duties to help assist patient care and assist doctors to help maintain professionalism during clinical visits.

Graduated with High School Diploma while learning about business through the “Business Voyager Program” through the school to learned the business aspect of everyday life after graduating.

Program includes visits with Business Chamber of Commerce partners throughout the year.
