I'm highly motivated, well travelled, updated and creative graduate with practical account of skills, experience, and knowledge in agriculture i.e Training, teaching, Management, coordinating, organizing, developing, planning and implementation of projected goals and objectives having worked before in different organizations including international Company like Agricycle global and NARIGP and Local Company Twin peaks Malindi, Chyulu wilderness conservancy Kajiado also Volunteer organizations like CRS Malindi. I have a clear and passionate goals and objective in management of a business oriented enterprise.

WORK EXPERIENCE

■2020-TO DATE : works as private Agricultural Consultant and agribusiness trainer in kilifi county (Business plan writer)

■2022-2023 : Working with Chyulu wilderness camp organic and herbs farm in Kajiado (one year contract)

Duties

- Agribusiness development and value addition chain officer to community (Maasai)

-Head of farm production ( Vegetable production,Fruits,livestock, herbs and bee production )

- Head of community organic production and bee farming training

Achievement

We trained More than 300 farmers in Kajiado South kuku ward

We Managed to establish stable and consistent production organic farm in campany

We trained More than 1000 students at the farm both local and international

■2021- 2022 : Worked with Agricycle global in Kilifi county and Tana River

- Regional partnership coordinator

- Company head of products promotion in kilifi and Tana River

Achievements

We recruited 1000 farmers to the Company

We Managed to bring Kilifi county government to the board and bought dehydrator from the Company and give them to the farmers

We brought 10 Micro-finances to the board and started funding the farmers

50 Sets of dehydrators were sold to the farmers

The value of Cassava, Mangoes, pineapple, sweet potatoes, Bananas and Moringa was rised through value addition

We Managed to partner with 8 NGO'S in kilifi with an aim of helping farmers.

Transform the farm from single crop production into multiple production (poultry, fruits,vegetables and bee)

Trains more 100 private farmers, 200 women and youths groups on values addition,crops and bee farming

Trains fellow workers and make them very competitive and reliable in the field

Leading the best private farm in kwale for the last two years

Transforming the farm from inorganic fertilizer reliance form to self organic reliance by producing more than 18 tonnes organic fertilizer
