My experience has been in the hospitality industry. As can be observed by my experience, I have been employed as a server, trainer, and bar manager for the past 10+ years. This is accomplished by understanding the organization’s goals and objectives and then finding a way to execute them in a way to satisfy the needs of my guests. For without the guest or customer, there is no organization.
