Show up 15 minutes early. Load and unload vehicles from rail cars. Inspect rail cars for any damages before loading and unloading, prep rail cars, open all doors and Make sure they are locked in place so they do not close while loading vehicles,connect metal plates to the rail cars so vehicles can cross over it through out the rail cars. Scan all vehicles.Remove chalks from vehicle tires before unloading and lock them on the walls, drive vehicles off a ramp. Lock all tires with chalks when loading. Only load three to four vehicles per rail car. Remove metal plates and hang them outside. Close all rail car doors and lock them in place when finished. Report back to the supervisor before clocking out. Shuttle is voluntarily, Park vehicles in the inventory lot.

Responsibilities: Open and close restaurant. Show up on time, turn everything on, set up the stations for the steam table, grill, frier, coolers, freezers, and Fridge. portion and weigh food so every customer gets the same amount. Check and Prep any extras. Slice and dice: tomatoes, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and celery. Check and complete inventory. Prep and cook food. Always check the food make sure it's perfect color, not raw, and safe to consume. Don't overcook or undercook orders. Have time management. Make customers happy, always be respectful, responsible and resourceful. Be positive and communicate with employees. Always clean the kitchen before and after closing restaurant. Always mop the floor before closing. One of my biggest accomplishments at scorchers would be: making customers happy, getting compliments about orders I've cooked, and being able to train an employee and see him succeed is a big accomplishment to me

Reason for leaving: not enough hours, only 20 hours a week I need at least 40 hours or more per week to make a living.
