I start out by scrubbing, rubbing, wiping and any other mode of cleaning The Aircraft parts to be painted. After completion of the cleaning process, we do a first round of taping and corking off NO PAINT zones. Then a light coat of primer is applied then baked. After baking, then comes round two of taping and corking NO PAINT areas. Now we apply two coats of Aircraft paint with a few minute gel period then the second coat then bake again.
