● Directly managed 8 general managers and oversaw all aspects of the business including P&L performance, recruiting and staffing, driving sales, and employee training.

● Created and implemented a new pay plan for all field employees, changing from hourly to performance pay, resulting in significant labor savings for the company and increased production, while also creating a pay plan that is scalable as the company continues to grow.
