Job Duties & Technologies:

She worked in the warehouse, responsible for operating the forklift, which was a high reach forklift and sit-down forklift. She loaded and unloaded pallets and spools, did wrapping and labeling. She was also cross trained in other duties as well. She hand stacked some pallets with the smaller spools, wrap and label them, then use the forklift to move them to the proper warehouse rack. She used the sit-down forklift when a large spool needed to be moved due to the load capacity of the forklifts.

Workload:

She worked 2nd shift going in at 2 or 3pm and sometime working all the way to 3am sometimes longer.

Quality of Work:

She was great, an outstanding worker. She moved at a good pace, was reliable and as mentioned cross trained in different things so she was very adaptable and open to all different jobs.

Always open to learning new things, she was able to most job duties in the facility.
