In charge of coordinating and making recommendations to insure the smooth operation of various residential and commercial development projects. Worked 40 hour weeks.

In charge of starting up new quarry and making recommendations for the smooth operation of the project. Worked 40-60 per week.

Housatonic Habitat for Humanity, August 2012 to July 2014

Consultant/Construction Project Manager for Housatonic Habitat for Humanity in Danbury, CT, leveraging extensive background in soil remediation, home construction and experience with Connecticut affordable housing units. The project provides affordable condominium units for low-income families. This project was completed on schedule for July 2014. I was charged with implementing the design and procurement of prefab modular homes and supervised all aspects of work until project was completed. Worked 40hsr per week.

Rubble to Roads Haiti Project May 2010 to December 2010

Consultant on collaboration project with the Mayor of the City of Bridgeport, CT to establish sister city status with Petionville, Haiti. Provided subject matter expertise to Haiti Works! Inc. for the cleanup of concrete and masonry rubble; including repurposing and recycling of material for road construction; utility work; and related construction efforts requiring the use of controlled fill material. Additional collaboration included the development and presentation of a plan for the construction of housing in Petionville, Haiti that will accelerate the movement of Haitians from tent communities to affordable and secure housing.

Received clearance to enter Haiti (during that time period) as a Reconstruction Expert.

New England Materials, LLC July 2008-June 2011

Provide management consulting to New England Materials, LLC, a rock quarry company servicing New Haven and Fairfield counties in CT. Services provided include technical advice and consulting; fleet services; and labor resources. Worked 40hrs per week.

Town Line Square

Provided rehabilitation and repair to the infrastructure to the Town Line Square shopping center located in Meriden, CT.

Castlewood Estates Residential and Affordable Community March 2002 to June 2008

Owner/developer of Castlewood Estates: Provided the first residential community that includes affordable housing in Monroe, CT. The project included purchase of the land and all phases of development; from zoning to construction of roads, sewer and utility installation and construction of a 32 home condominium community, including eight units which met the state requirements under the affordable housing law. Worked 40 to 50hrs. per week

Provided consulting and construction services on building placement and structural design for various types of buildings included in the fifty acres Pepper Street Industrial Complex in Monroe, CT.

Additionally, provided demolition and excavation services to prepare for construction of specific buildings.

Also planned and constructed new company headquarters for Michael Infante, LLC, as well as for 3 additional buildings in the complex. Worked 40hrs per week.

American Marine Constructors, Inc. April 1998 to November 2000

Partnered with American Marine Constructors for the removal of lead shot on both land and surrounding waters of the Remington Gun Club located in Stratford CT. Remediation of the site included the supply of divers, GPS manned boats, and underwater video equipment to survey the ocean floor for the identification and safe removal of any debris deemed harmful to the sustainability of indigenous oyster beds.

Provided services for under water mapping of the oyster beds.

Foster Wheeler (Tetra Tech) March 1992 to June 1998

Contracted to supply heavy equipment and environmental cleanup expertise for the remediation of Goat Island, RI.

Contracted to provide logistics support and maintenance for heavy equipment required to support the largest federally funded (superfund) site in the Northeast (Raymark contract). Project duration was more than 5 years and during this period there was no lost time related to fleet supply and maintenance. Contract was renewed consecutively for five years with Infante selected as the sole source supplier for equipment and maintenance after year two on the project.

Additional services provided included resource recruiting and training for asbestos abatement and hazardous waste handling. Worked 40 to 50hrs per week.

State, Municipal and Private Services 1966 to 2017

Provided a variety of services to the State of Connecticut and its’ local municipalities including the towns of Greenwich, Westport, Darien, Trumbull, Monroe, Orange and Newtown, the city of Ansonia; as well as to private entities. Specific services have included the following:
