I’m a construction professional in acquisitions, development and construction of residential and commercial properties from inception to completion for the past 40 years. From 2000 to 2008, Vice President Construction with OCI, Development and Construction, Pinegrove Developer, Landmark Investment, Pine Run Developer, Lantana Plaza, Environmental and Green Technology company based in Aventura Florida, doing business internationally in South and Central America & Caribbean Islands in charge of Research and Development and Supervision of all our construction projects. At the same time buying and developing the following 3 projects in Greenacres Florida. Representing approximately $60.000.000.00 worth of constructionand sales. Unfortunately in 2007,2008the main bank out of Tampa Florida went under, and we had to give up the projects that were already in various stages of development such as platting the subdivisions, working with the architects, engienners, surveyors and city planners.
