As a nurse part Perinatal Specialty Resource Team (PSRT) 1. Provided nursing care for high risk antepartum

pregnant patients with acute medical complications such as pre-term labor, premature spontaneous

rupture of membranes, pre-eclapmsia/eclapmsia,

bleeding disorders such as previa, abruptio,

accreta, percreta, increta and other pregnancy

medical problems related to neonatal issues.

2. Provide nursing care for the labor and delivery patients that are in labor and giving birth. This

includes triage, pre-op/intra-op and recovery of

patients receiving a cesarean delivery.

3. Providing nursing care to postpartum mothers and neonates

4. Provide overall nursing care with communication and collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team for mother and neonate(s), while providing quality care that is holistic in approach.

5. Team leader for high risk antepartum unit with
