My accomplishments were knowing the menu so well that I could remember guests orders without writing them down unless they had a party over 8. Another accomplishment was having people write good Google reviews about me and being chosen to host large parties that had auto grat. My job was to greet my customers tell them my name and a little bit about the restaurant. I then would ask them which beverage they wanted try to upsale an appetizer or an alcoholic beverage. Afterwards I retrieve items bring them to table then get guests orders. I put the orders into pos and check on them while they are waiting for their food. Once the food is ready then I take their food out serve them and do a check up a few minutes after the first bites. Lastly then I wait until signals that they are done and get their bill and pay them out.

• After introduction upsale by asking if they want an alcoholic beverage to drink if they do great if not get their drink order

• Check on guest drinks to see if they need refills

• Retrieve food carry on a tray and serve customers

• Ask if they need anything else if yes get what they need if not tell them you'll be back to check on them

• After they take their first few bites ask them how the food tastes and if everything is alright

• Periodically use silent service like refilling drinks and bussing empty plates

• Wait until signs of them being done and ask if they want their check

• Hand them their check they then give you a payment and you process it onto pos

• You hand them back their checkbook thank them ask if they need anything else and then prebus the table more
