Technical Highlights:

Worked at Orchards Athletic Club in Loveland, Colorado as an AFAA certified personal trainer. Consulted with clients about their health history, goals, consistency, techniques and how to achieve them. Exercise programs were developed according to the client's physical abilities and whether or not if they were injuried or had other major health issues. Worked at the New Fort Collins Pulse in Ft. Collins, Colorado as an AFAA certified personal trainer. Instructed group classes that focused on exercising specific muscle groups over a four-week period, trained sport specific athletes utilizing a variety of free weights and resistance equipment. I also taught Core classes using fitballs and medicine balls along with implementing PNF stretching.

Designed client's weekly instructional handout sheets on "Stress Management" and instructed seminars. Interned in Canberra, Australia and assisted with blood lactate testing, maximal and sub-maximal on hopeful Olympic athletes. Analyzed the female field hockey's team performance and comparison statistics for speed development. Worked with young middle school students conducting tests consisting of sprints, arm speed, arm strength, a shuttle run, and jump pad insuring top scored students were sponsored in the sport of their choice. Interned at Fort Collins Park & Recreation and developed a Tennis survey to define tennis court usage in Colorado.
