PROFILE

I have been in the restaurant bar industry off and on. My three things in life I like to say about myself is the 3 S’s..So when asked “ what do you do with yourself” or what do you do for a living?” I reply. “Well one of the 3 S’s..I can sling a hammer, strum a guitar, or sling a drink.” So, yes I have done all of those professional. Doing over 3500 shows since 2001 or trimmed out million dollar homes or have work in the restaurant bar industry for over 20 years off and on. I have worked in every station in the establishment including GM, and owner. My years of bartending has included fine dinner cocktails to the busiest volume bars this state has to offer.

This is a small business I’ve had around since 2008. While supplementing with music and bar work. My responsibilities included all phases of home remodel, from actually doing the work and also dealing with homeowners, clients, and also relationships in sales. HOT FISH CLUB — 2001-2008

Starting at the bar back position I worked my way over 8 years to become the General Manager of the Gazebo open air bar. This bar was straight volume, often ringing over

$10,000 in 12 hours with only 2 bartenders. The bar was always at capacity. The bar had an island feel that the staff would create that was magical. This and many other reasons is why we had million dollar years . Year after year. Every start of the season, I was responsible for hiring a staff of 30. I was responsible for all handling of cash and nightly safe drops.
