Worked with vendors for price quotes and contracts for items needed. In the three months I was there I was able to save the company between $125K - $150K of inventory that was overbought before I started in June by working with vendors to delete orders entirely or pushing orders out to the future. I was released 5 days before by 90th day due to the lack of sales vs previous forcasting.
