06/2012 - Current Hypro Inc. 711 Enterprise Dr., Cedar Falls, IA I am currently working at Hypro but the owners recently informed all employees and staff of the closing of the Cedar Falls plant due to the lack of work with March 27 2020, being the last day of employment by Hypro. my duties as a machine operator is to maintain and set up fixtures and when I wasn't doing set up I primarily operated the machines which includes horizontal and vertical Mills NIGATA, MORI SEIKI and some experience with the MAZAK Mills. 2 and 3 axis lathes were used in some cases when necessary dictated by customer and their specifications using precise and precision tools and tooling which I also maintain along with the machines. Blue prints and precision instruments I am very efficient with to some of the tightest tolerances in some and on specialty parts. I also have my own tools and equipment, indicators and specialty tools for making adjustments to some tools equipped with boring bars dial equipped tooling.

I am not sure how many hours I have incurred during my 2 years at Kaplan University. I did however leave the University with 48 credits and a certificate of completion of my course work with an outstanding a 4.0 GPA for that time period. I had left Kaplan University on good terms because I needed to get back in the work force and start earning a paycheck to support my family. I've considered return options but for now my family needs my financial support.
