Hello my name is Briana I'm a single mother to my beautiful child Coraline (named after the book). When I worked at NASCAR I enjoyed engaging with fans, helping them with their needs, and providing them with a memorable experience. I worked with a diverse and friendly team, and developed strong communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction skills. I also learned a lot about the racing industry culture and its fans.
I currently have my Associate's Degree in Special Education at Daytona State College on pause at the moment with high hopes of returning. I am passionate about education and learning new things, and I hope to apply my customer service skills to a teaching career in the future. I am also interested in exploring other domains and industries, such as hospitality, entertainment, and sports. I'm outgoing, friendly, and creative.
