MS2 COS Project:

Lockheed Martin Mission Systems & Sensors (MS2) provides systems engineering, software development and complex program management for global security, civil and commercial markets.

MS2 executes nearly 500 programs for the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force, Army and Marine Corps, as well as industrial, research and medical customers in 50 nations.

I joined the MS2 COS project as a Team Lead to help Lockheed Martin with the MES implementation with iBaset Solumina.

Assisted the client in installing and designing landscape for SAP PI with local SLD, CTS and CCMS.

Integration involved development of interfaces to deliver Material Master, EBOM, MBOM, Production Orders, Work Centers, Equipment Serial Numbers, Routing Confirmation and get Process Plans (Routings), Production Order Updates, As Built and Operation Confirmations messages through the JMS Queues.

The above interfaces were implemented using Client/Server Proxy calls. XSLT mappings were developed and used in these interfaces.

Implemented Alert mechanism for Error notification and escalation options were explored for interface execution failures.

Resolved most of the issues during the ITC2 and the ITC3.

SouthWire Company June2011 – Nov 2011

SAP PI SME

Southwire Company is North America’s leading manufacturer of wire and cable used in the distribution transmission of electricity.

The three phases of GOLIVE involves migrating several of their legacy systems to SAP. During the phase 1 of GOLIVE, we migrated the MM and FI functionality from their legacy systems to SAP. My role during this GOLIVE activity involved Design, develop and migrating several of their interfaces from the Legacy systems to PI 7.3

Working with the employees and helping them with the technical documentation and the naming standards documents.

Meeting the business users and identifying the interfaces that need to be migrated to PI.

Conducted the brainstorming sessions to identify the better solution in designing the interfaces depending on the business needs.

Developed IDoc, Proxy and JDBC interfaces.

Developed the Value mapping replication interfaces using ABAP proxy to send data to PI.

I joined GXS to help them with their GXS integration with their several SAP clients that are using PI to integrate their R3 systems with the external vendors.

Developed Invoice and Payment PI Web Service interfaces for Nestle Purina and PalstiPak.

Worked with the integrators with the SAP issues they encounter during the implementation with the SAP GXS SAP clients.

Worked with the GXS production support team with the several SAP RFC calls, ALE, RFC Destinations, Partner Profiles and Port Definitions issues they came across during the Delphi EDS to GXS migration.

I was the lead integrator in separating BWI out of the Delphi systems. We successfully went through 3 phases of GOLIVE with the 3 BWI plants (USA, Luton and Krosno).

As the lead integrator on this project, am responsible for

Managing all the GXS maps on Pre-Production and move them to Production.

Creating the Trading Partner Profiles on the trade guide

The Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) is one of the programs that stand at the center of the Army's business transformation initiatives. The LMP is a cornerstone of the Single Army Logistics Enterprise--an enterprise business solution that will enable vertical and horizontal integration at all levels of logistics across the Army. By modernizing both the systems and the processes associated with managing the Army's supply chain at the national and installation levels, the LMP will permit the planning, forecasting, and rapid order fulfillment that lead to streamlined supply lines, improved distribution, a reduced theater footprint, and a warfighter who is equipped and ready to respond to present and future threats.

I joined the LMP project to help LMP with the Phase 1of the Seebeyond to PI 7.1 migration effort. The following are some of the areas that I handled during the migration process

Developed technical documentation for several EDI and non-EDI interfaces.

Involved in the Project Plan, Design, Development, Regression Testing, Production deployment and Post deployment support.

Developed Unit Test Scripts for the interface migration to the QAS environment.

Lead the development effort for the AWRDS implementation through GO Live.

Developed several A2A / SOAP interfaces to send and receive Material Transfer, Shipment Status and Physical Inventory post from the LMP to the AWRDS and AESIP.

United Launch Alliance Nov 2007 – Oct 2009

United Launch Alliance (ULA), structured as a joint venture between Lockheed Martin and Boeing, has chartered a program to combine processes and systems of the Atlas and Delta programs. The objective of the ERP program is to implement common systems to support Finance, Human Resources and Supply Chain functions.

At ULA, I involved in the Blue Printing phase through the Go Live and Support. I designed and developed several SAP PI 7.0 interfaces for sending the FICO, SCM and HCM data feeds from R3 to several ULA service providers. The following are some of the key responsibilities that I handled at ULA.

1.Involved in the architecture for the integration of ECC with several internal and external systems through PI.

2.Setup Business Systems and Technical Systems on the SLD and setting up the transport paths between different environments.

Performance evaluation of DSTX 8.0 on the new AIX servers.

Removed all the BPI Error handling / logging process and moved everything to MQ Error handling Queues for better visibility and efficiently handling the error messages.

This project was about Special Orders & Services Initiative (SOSI) Release 1 Flooring Configuration for Measurers and Installers.

I was involved in Analysis, Design, Develop, and to Test various XML based maps by using Mercator as a mapping tool.

Prepared Technical Specifications, mapping specs and prepared B2B Two-way communication documents for SOSI B2B Gateway transactions.

Design and developed the brand new Schemas (XSD) for different types of Inbound and Outbound transactions for SOSI B2B Gateway which are 1) Measure Capacity, 2) Measure PO, 3) Install PO, 4) PO Activity Status, 5) Verify Product, 6) Schedule Will Call, 7) Customer Order, 8) Document Acknowledgement and 9) Application Status and developed the corresponding Mercator maps.
