My position is a Tech 1. I am currently a labeler operator. I run a labeler machine that makes sure all labels are placed on properly on the deodorant canisters. Keep all heads clean and running at the same time to produce more canisters. Also that the canisters has plugs on the bottom which has expiration dates and other information that has to be correct and is ran by a different machine which is called a plugger. We have to take samples to the lab of any new materials brought to the line plus through out the entire run. I have to trouble shoot any errors before maintenance can be called.. keep all paper work filled out correctly and information entered into the system correctly for work orders. Anytime there is a new workorder, samples of the product has to be taken to the lab throughout the entire run. I also keep the machines clean from deodorant as well as my work zone.
