I helped a team to install all the internal parts inside a tower to so anyone that went into that wind turbine would have every thing they needed. This would include lighting, ladders, platforms, elevators and galleries.

I learned a lot at CS wind but I moved out to Pueblo Colorado and Pueblo was not for me so I came back to Albuquerque.

Started on dock feeding the conveyor with milk crates. Then I got the position in the cheese room. Where I learned how to operate two machines.The small osgood mashing used for smaller containers of of cottage cheese and dips. The big machine was used for for bigger containers like 5 pound cups of sour cream or cottage cheese. I then got the position of Gallon machine operator. There I ran the gallon machine until the order were done. There I would for the quality of the gallons. Coming out. This would include labels, gallon containers, code dates and making sure that they got into the milk crates and back to the cooler. I would take sample to the lab to check the quality of the milk and do all paper work and input into computer. Education
