Controlled the numbers within the thousandths of a decimal into the computers that are attached to the machines. Change tool inserts from machine, ran set up through machine, made offsets to perfect the measurements. Therefore I only had to micromanage the machine every hour and a half until the next tool change while taking care of; metal shaving build ups, insert breaking, shaving jams. Learned to turn on the pill machine and in different job cases I twisted caps onto bottles, labeled the pill bottles or placed them into shipping boxes. I would move the Styrofoam roll into place letting it go into the furnace, turn the mold press on. Then guide that upward and over into place into the mold cutter machine. Take the set plate amount, marked by a small blue dot, would have 4 rows of plates coming at a rate of 900,000 styrofoam plates moved by myself in a shift, put 100ct of them into a bag, zip tie machine it, put it in a box, push it through the tape machine, place those boxes on a super metal pallet in the correct fashion, and move those pallets on and off this in building train system for 12 hours a day 5 2 5 2 schedule in 100 degree weather. I got trained to drive a machine called Operated Pit. I learned to drive up and down 50 feet tall shelves to pick orders. Afterwards, I transfered to the pack department and learned to pack 135 shoes a hour in a bag for 10 hours.
