Responsibilities:

Used Quality Center to prepare Test Cases, Procedures and Requirements Traceability Matrix

Record and Maintain the Test Cases, Test Results and Defects, assigned type & priority/severity levels using Mercury Quality Center Developed SQL queries in order to verify that the data is inserted or updated in the database

Prepare and document Test Results, Test Summary, Test Package and review Record Documents

Responsible for preparing the status reports, issues log, performance testing matrix and detailed Testing Reports.

This project mainly involved testing of Web Applications for AT&T Online Services. The web ordering tool is an application using which a customer can order different products (phone, internet services) online. CMI (Content Management Infrastructure) is another tool that is used by content managers to upload the content on the web applications. Testing constituted functionality and GUI testing.

Responsibilities:

Performed GUI Testing by creating GUI checkpoints to verify the functionality of the GUI objects using Win Runner for testing certain applications

Used Test Director to store and maintain the Test Repository System Test Documentation as per AT&T Standards – System Test Plans, Scripts

Involved with End Clients and Users and Performed UAT ( User Acceptance Testing)
