I started with Wilcon January 2014. Wilcon was a Telecom company with a large fiber footprint in southern California. I was the second operations hire for that company. My responsibilities were converting asbuilts of the fiber network in a system called OSP Insight. Scheduling and maintaining all field audits to be done for the integration into OSP Insight. I then created a small team of Engineers to maintain and create all documentation for customers network designs and splicing. I managed all project contractors doing the work in the field. Created and maintained customer relationships with both Enterprise and Wireless customers. Examples of the customers that I serviced are Google, Facebook, Verizon Wireless, Paramount Pictures and Disney. Constructed and presented all operation metric reports to my Senior VP and board of directors. I was part of the acquisition team when Wilcon was purchased by Crown Castle.
