* Multiple Kill Vehicles (MKV) payload integration lead for the Kinetic Energy Interceptor (KEI) program, developed systems and interface requirements for the MKV/KEI system. Also worked on KEI design integration, facilities development, product reliability, program risk, and system sustainment requirements.

* Requirements manager for the Missile Defense Ground-Based Interceptor (GBI) Kill Vehicle (KV) project team at Boeing (Anaheim, CA), organized the working group (Government/Boeing/Raytheon) that modified the development specification of the KV for initial production and follow-on development. This working group baselined 95% of the KV requirements to allow for system deployment and future KV enhancements.

* Wrote factory support calibration flows and B-spec requirements for the Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS) Satellite Payload Orbital Test Station at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems (Azusa, CA). Also edited portions of the Orbital Operations Handbook for the SBIRS Highly Elliptical Orbit spacecraft.

* Wrote demilitarization procedures for Minuteman ICBM post-boost and reentry vehicle components and support equipment from indentured parts lists, manuals, and component drawings. These procedures allow for recycling of obsolete components and equipment while separating hazardous and sensitive items.

* Developed text and data for a searchable database of flight data and problem summaries for all Minuteman and Peacekeeper operational flight tests at Vandenberg AFB, allowing for rapid response to Air Force customer queries.

Logistics Engineer/Proposal Writer (May 1992 - August 1997) // TRW Ballistic Missiles Division (San Bernardino, CA)

* As proposal lead author for the Government Furnished Equipment and Base Support portions of the National Missile Defense Large Scale Integration proposal (Crystal City, VA), researched and wrote technical content for a $3 billion portion of the proposal.

* As proposal author, wrote parts of the management, technical documentation, logistics, and past performance sections of a USMC Test Set proposal (San Antonio, TX).

* As technical editor and writer for TRW Environmental Safety Systems (TESS), provided edits, rewrites, and production coordination and ensured consistent style, format, and project uniformity on the Viability Study, Technical Guidance, and Technical Basis Documents for the Yucca Mountain Project (Las Vegas, NV).

* As lead writer for ICBM code equipment maintenance technical manuals, researched and wrote procedures for a 250-page decoder depot overhaul manual (T.O. 31X3-27-8-3).
