Energy Vault: Installed all access roads, perimeter security fencing. 76 B-Vault container foundations, 38 transformer foundations, and 2 auxiliary transformer foundations. 5 miles of trenching for high voltage cables along with low voltage cables. Installed all B-Vaults, transformers, and connection of all cables to B-Vaults and transformers.

Cotton Patch / Old Settlers windfarm. Apex Energy: Heavy sitework project. $10.9 million, site clearing, 21.7 miles of county road improvements, 18.6 miles of new access roads with 63 turbine site improvements. 63 WTG Staging and Crane Pads for erection of turbines.

TPCO America Seamless Pipe Mill: $38.4 million grass roots pipe mill. Sitework, access roads, retention pond, paving, equipment foundations. 1.5 million SF pre-engineered metal building, underground utilities.

Dockside Fueling Facility, Port Arthur, TX Martin Energy: $2.1 million 1.5 miles of sheet piling, recondition 4 tanks, new structural steel for dock fuel station, replace all piping.

166-unit low-income multifamily. ITEX Inc: $7.5 million: Complete renovation of all buildings and units. Asbestos and Mold abatement gutted units down to stud walls and re-built all finishes.

132-unit Senior Living Facility, 11-level midrise. $13.6 million: ITEX, INC Asbestos and Mold abatement, complete interior demo including facility galley. New elevators, fire-protection, electrical, HVAC, roof and room finishes.

Grass-Roots 19 individual buildings with 4 senior living apartments per building. $11.1 million: ITEX, Inc. Site clearing, underground utilities, paving, slabs on grade, fire protection. Complete finish out of units and separate clubhouse.
