Worked in the Café restaurant as a breakfast and lunch server for several months later graduating to the fine dining restaurant called the Grill Room, were I was able to learn all areas of fine dining from foods to fine wines, I was also a wine steward and service captain. Also having the opportunity I would work in the sales and marketing department which helped lead me the opportunity to be chosen to work at the 1989 President Bush Inauguration in Washington D.C. which my duties were to over see all of the functions throughout the hotel

Cousins Maine Lobster – December 2016 to December 2017

Worked as Operations Manager for this nationally recognized food truck in Phoenix, AZ. The food truck franchise was started by two cousins from Maine, Jim Lomac and Jim Tselikis, who were featured on the “Shark Tank”, were Barbara Corcoran invested in them. My duties operating the food truck included hiring and training staff, ordering product and maintaining quality control within the commissary kitchen, preparing the items to be served from the truck, driving to the locations or events and setting up for service. I was responsible for booking the food truck at events, some of the events included Barrett Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, the Final Four College playoffs, Arizona Cardinals football games just to name a few. Being the face for the Phoenix franchise I was also the television spokesperson for any news programs that featured our truck, in addition to radio and print ads as well.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant – April 2018 to Current

Duties preformed were serving lunch as well as dinner service, this included promoting and offering wine club memberships to the patrons. Other duties included training new staff and continuing service standards to all employees. I also worked as a bartender serving all the many drink specials they had to offer in addition to the vast wine selection they offered. My other duties included staging the bar with the necessary garnishes and proper glassware.
