Lead CUCM Eng. Maintained on Prem CUCM systems including CUCM, Unity, Expressway, IM&P and UCCX VM’s. Maintained Voice Routers in the Americas and Latin America involving 15+ sites and 2 major offices. Supported move to hundreds of Jabber account reducing Hard Phone reliance. Assisted in trouble shooting UCCX scripting and coordination. Worked as part of a team to migrate to Microsoft TEAMs telephony on a CMA-CGM Corporate level. Experience working with Microsoft TEAMs admin, as well as Audo Codes/ARM, OVOC and NICECX One scripting and admin.

US: Senior Telecom Eng. Designed the US Corporate UC infrastructure, lead the installation and turnup of an Enterprise level redundant UC Cluster implementing a 20+ remote site migration to it in 3 months including 4 major manufacturing facilities and the corporate offices. Applications included CCM, Unity, IM&P, UCCX and PLM. Coordinated and managed migration of new 2900 series voice gateways for most of the sites including Telco PRI turnup and number migration. Provided ongoing tiers 1, 2 and 3 support.
Designed and coordinated IP changes to the UC cluster systems and moved them to new data centers with new WAN carrier networks. Trouble shooting all physical VM server and CUCM applications for optimum performance.
Mexico: Designed, spec’d, Ordered and installed a redundant BE6000 cluster in Mexico, CUCM version 11, to support 3 large manufacturing location. Physically installed, configured dual ESXI VM servers. Designed, configurated and implementation all CCM settings, coordinating with the local Telco companies for local PRI access. Configured local LAN switches to support it. Provided ongoing tiers 1, 2 and 3 support.
Europe: Designed and assisted in the installation of BE7000 cluster in the United Kingdom, to support Multiple remote locations in the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Poland. This included extensive work with local country Local telco companies for PRI and SIP connectivity. Provided ongoing tiers 1, 2 and 3 support.

Initially as part of a separate company sector then merging into a corporate level cluster. Installed and turned-up Multiple remote small offices, corporate offices and medium (less then1 M squire Ft.) and Large (1 to 2 M Sq ft.) Manufacturing sites. Which included design and configuration of dial plans and configuration of the physical site locations. This included Ingersoll Rand and Trane office and sales location with UCCX IVR scripting. Knowledge with Cisco LAN switching and Voice call routing in support of VOIP infrastructure.
vSphere integration and management of CUCM VM Servers, applications and support. Including software upgrades, and server trouble shooting.
