Marcy has a full understanding of the ADA, International Building Codes and has extensive knowledge in various types of construction projects and delivery methods. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Planning, directing, and coordinating the construction project
Estimating including takeoffs, scopes of work and submitting bid documents. Proficient in On Screen Takeoff 3 and Timberline Estimating
Developing and implementing quality control programs, scheduling and proficient in Microsoft Office, Facilitate, Microsoft Teams, Coupa, Lucernex, Procore, Prolog, Sharepoint, Projects, SureTrak, Outlook, BIM and Bluebeam
On site inspection of the construction site to ensure that the project is meeting plans and specifications
Analyzing the various solutions available and choosing the best solution to solve problems
Developing and implementing frontend documents and specifications
Negotiating and preparing contracts with subcontractors and working directly with the subcontractors
CPM scheduling and coordinating the construction process
Shop drawing review, writing and/or responding to RFI’s and change orders.
On time documentation related to construction job site activities, i.e. daily reports
Knowledgeable in construction means and methods
