●Lead a team of Data Center technicians by planning & allocating work assignments. Perform personnel management tasks of a team of 10 – 15 staff including managing shift assignments, labor charging, performance assessment and review, etc.

●Analyze and make recommendations for all hardware installations regarding physical and logical constraints. Recommend physical location and cabling configurations of the hardware and facilitates implementation.

●Verify cable layouts, lengths, and labeling, and the physical layout of hardware and cables in accordance with proposed configuration charts. Document associated installation details in the ticketing system.

●Prepare assigned work orders to modify the facility for installation of network

equipment. The work orders will include change record number, due dates, types of cables needed to complete installation, information on hardware requiring installation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution details and notes.

●Install/uninstall equipment and provide status updates regarding the completeness of installation or the remaining activities necessary to finish installation.
