Assigned to assist with the extension and deployment of a global 2FA Authentication program to the Americas. Program had already successfully deployed SecurePass cards to 67,000 end-users worldwide.
The deployment of SecurePass cards to the final 27,000 end-users in the Americas was simultaneously combined with the deployment of a biometric mobile authentication system. Extensive Identity Access Mgmnt (IAM) and Personal Access Mgmnt (PAM) remediation and preparations.
Responsibilities included:
Assisting in the definition of the design and deployment management process (card production, deployment scheduling and delivery process)
Planning issuing capacity to 7 Campus and over 500 Branch locations across the US
Design and implementation of a multi-method end-user communications and training briefs.
Maintaining a comprehensive tracking database to manage deployment phases

Assigned to assist with the migration and deployment of the core major and critical applications of both the Swiss and US Wealth Management division applications.

The majority of Applications deemed in scope consisted of home-grown applications with customized authentication systems.

Preparation of a formal request for proposal (RFP) for the conversion
Development of the Selection Matrix for the evaluation and selection of the final Vendor(s)

Coordination and Technical Planning finalization with the UK-based architectural and technical teams as to the means of incorporating recently acquired US hardware.
Infrastructure and support systems acquisition and deployment of new US hardware.
Coordination with US application owners as to methodology of modifying applications for global implementation.
Extensive interaction with US applications business and development teams to streamline the application migration process, including resource analysis and procurement.
Migration of the US eTrading eCommerce servers and applications from an existing DMZ to a new global “secure network perimeter”.
Program had a 2-year duration, $8M budget, covering 150 applications on 230+ servers.
Project completed successfully without any business interruption and incidents as requested and in advance of scheduled deadline.
