I inspect the materials and processes into building the fiberglass sidewalls. I do 2 hour audits on glue machine to ensure they are running at correct temps, maintain prints for the operators to run correct layouts for proper strength. Make sure ambient temp and humidity is to correct standards. I also do print audits to make sure the other qc’s have correct prints on the floor. I also did the prints and paperwork, service orders. I put them into system for all qc’s and group leaders. I was also head quality I was in charge of other quality inspectors to make sure they were doing the right thing and if they had issues I helped where needed.
