-Supporting 87 analysts in 2 secured facilities, Roger directed 9 personnel and established 3 secure networks with 210K-feet of cabling and 2K wireless devices valued at $800K. He also enhanced the National Security Agency’s comm and ISR capabilities by establishing a virtual desktop infrastructure environment with network access for 20K personnel.

-Fueled 67th Cyberspace Headquarters upgrade; wired conference room with 12 computers for senior leaders. Advanced the Wing priories for a cyber operations initiative.

-Advanced a $1.1 million project for the 24th AF and 25th AF merger into the 16th AF; built 5 enclaves, installed 180 fiber optic links. Hardened 24/7 cyber, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations for 34K warfighters.

-Steered $168K testing room rebuild; guided 22-member installation team for future on-the-job training requirements. Eliminated 5-month training hiatus for 35 Airmen.
