• Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process, and test products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical characteristics.

• Documents finished product status by recording and summarizing raw materials, in-process, and finished-product inspection and physical test data; updates quality data base.

• Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.

•Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists.

•May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

•Be able to use (DMM) digital millimeter and test equipment to diagnose and figure out for test and to troubleshoot on circuit boards (PCB).

•Perform Hi-Pot test, subtest, stability test to verify calibration test.

•Apply functional test to troubleshoot on subassemblies and to finish products.
