● Analyze large datasets of 1.5K domestic/international applicant data in Excel by using conditional formatting and in SQL by using the SELECT command to create databases based on various demographics.
● Identify the largest source of the college’s students (domestically & internationally) compared to other colleges by analyzing enrollment trends from external data to determine Wooster’s competitive performance.
● Raise enrollment deposits & retention rates by finding key factors that affect students’ decisions by creating word clouds from the text data to uncover key words on students’ motivations & inform marketing strategy.

● Cleaned large datasets of radial aircraft tire design parameters, performance, and stiffness data using Excel and RStudio by building models for 3 types of stiffness in the data via factor selection & data analysis,
● Applied knowledge in feature engineering and statistical analysis by finding key features influencing tire stiffness by creating scatterplots, heatmaps, etc. to select the best fit model with the best predictors.
● Developed 3 regression machine learning models to estimate the stiffness of 3 types of radial aircraft tires with an accuracy of ~92% pre-production by adjusting the measurements of the input parameters.
● Improved manufacturing efficiency by allowing the client to find key metrics & derive its estimate pre- production which provided the capability to apply the measurement’s range to the desired stiffness. PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Detecting Intimate Partner Violence in Relationships (Machine Learning) August 2023 – December 2023
● A two-semester long senior capstone research resulting in an 83-page paper, finalized ML models and a successful oral defense.
● Cleaned the data from a DoJ longitudinal study in Excel and pre-processed the data in Python as the variables were encoded so they were relevant to use for further analysis and model-building steps.
● Implemented 6 ML models (logistic regression, decision tree & random forest) that used the childhood and adolescent experiences with the most significant impacts on determining intimate partner violence with ~75% accuracy on average.
Job Reviews in the UK Recruitment Market (Sentiment Analysis) April 2023
● Classified the sentiment prevalent among company job reviews by their employees in 4 industries like tech, retail, HR, and marketing with the Bing lexicon in R to create word clouds & perform sentiment analyses.
