Objective

I was employed here all summer and during the holiday season this past year. My responsibilities were to seat guests as well as handle all their food orders. I was expected to make each guest feel welcomed and appreciated by having the ability to explain menu items and make suggestions. September 2021–October 2023

Server• Bartender • The Grand Hyatt

During my time being employed at the Hyatt I was expected to make each and every guest feel welcomed. I also had to be able to make suggestions about menu items and recommend specific wine and spirits to pair certain dishes with. I worked here as a breakfast and diner server as well as filling in as a bartender for Sunday brunch. June 2016–August 2021

Server• Banquet Captain • Front Desk Agent Aimbridge Hospitality I started this position as a breakfast attendant and was quickly promoted to a supervisor. Then I was promoted once again to Banquet Captain where I was responsible for all events and meetings. Finally I ended up at the front desk.

Education

University of Phoenix 2018-2020 Both of these schools I am pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in business. Strayer University 2022-2024

Communication

I am well qualified for communicating with others and making suggestions to make guest’s experience more pleasurable. I am also familiar with several different point of sale systems and Microsoft.

Leadership

My very first hospitality position I was promoted twice within the first year I was employed there. I enjoy leading by example and being a team player.
