PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR BOUMATIC NOVEMBER 2014 – PRESENT

• Open facility 30min before the shift starts. Turn on all the electronics equipment and machines to assure a proper warm up

• Review daily incoming Work Orders, arrange and assign orders to specific departments to begin production.

• Respond and repair to all soldering stations and production machinery issues to ensure proper and efficient production flow.

• Monitor all assembly and production quality to include but not limited to correcting and reporting non- conforming parts and products.

• Observe, correct, and train all floor and production safety protocols in line with companies and OSHA’s policies and procedures.

• Verify and correct all shipping and receiving loads.

• Upload and connect heart catheters onto 24-hour hydro testing system.

• Monitor and log all records from individual catheter data.

• Perform and monitor particles testing twice a day and report results to outside clean room managers.
