When customers were frustrated or expressed concerns, I listened carefully and did my best to resolve
all concerns. I have handled many escalated calls to resolve concerns. I always tried to give
5-Star-Service. I saved many people from canceling our service.
Our company asked us to have our customers fill out surveys on the calls that we took with the customers. I was in the top two or three for sending out the most surveys. I received many five star reviews, for several months.
I took time to describe the services and benefits that our company offered.
My call times was very low. I also handled many calls during the day in a timely manner.
