Materials Operation Intern - 6 months adidas

As a Logistics & Supply Chain engineer with a great passion in Manufacturting, Sourcing and Data industry, my objective is to learn and utilize knowledge of operation management and data analysis to contribute the success to your enterprise. Project Owner of Commercial Weekly Tracking Report project, creating dashboard and adding analysis features, helping adidas team having better tracking and better communication with factory team. Using Power Query in ETL progress, DAX coding in Power BI for setting status progress then visualizing data in dashboard, and Power Automate for sending alarms to users when it nearly hits the deadlines of stages. Obtaining knowledge in making SOP of shoe batching, shoe quality inspection at every process and SOP validation. In terms of quality, trained with shoe testing standards for different categories as AM, OD, and SPW and with different functions as waterproof or climawarm.

With Costing, know how FOB formula set up and methods evaluating components in FOB formula. Regarding Shoe Last, get knowledge how to make a last and process needed increasing last accuracy. Project Owner of South Asia T2 database project, increasing efficiency of searching and saving time consolidating 10 data files regarding T2 capabilities and capacities by providing interactive dashboard. Making ETL pipeline with Power Query, Dataflow, visualize data with charts and make data calculation with DAX code in Power BI. Support Senior Manager redesigning template of data input and providing KPI dashboard of NTX supplier. Visiting T2 FTW suppliers, learning their different process such as injection, compression, and lamination of making midsole, outsole, insole with various material types as EVA, foam, rubber, and TPU.
