Worked with mobile software developers on health care projects that involved designing, solutioning, developing, analyzing, and enhancing new functionality into the Optum Virtual Care app to help end-user have secure online access to a provider of their choice. Team recently had a huge mobile app lunch in October where in they completed 50+ Features and 90+ Defects for the launch. Mobile App currently functioning well with more than 30 visits daily
As a servant leader, I led a self-organized team that was task to define intergrade, test, and deliver the mobile app and continuously improved it by adding new features.
My teams were also task with developing the digital platform from scratch. We worked on enhancing the logging portal which helped members to authenticate their credentials with protected passwords to have secure access to their accounts.
