JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Site surveillance to check the construction work and give comments if necessary, according to standard.
Material Receiving Inspection for Electrical Material.
To make sure that the Electrical materials deliveries at site prior to installation has been undergo Material Receiving inspection.
Responsible for all Material Receiving Inspections of Electrical, equipment as per Saudi Aramco Standard Requirements, Project specifications and International standards.
Responsible for Request for Inspection (RFI) that apply to electrical works.
Installation of all electrical related equipment's and their accessories as per IFC Drawings & client requirements.
Verification of completeness and correction of inspection reports.
Conduct field inspection with client and owner representative as per ITP (inspection test plan).
Conduct internal inspection among all activities and record inspection findings in the field.
Internal Supervision of logbook, follow up with the construction to ensure that the activities complying with the requirements.
To coordinate, control and monitor all Electrical installation activities at the project site.
Engineering standards and procedures are applicable national and international codes and standard as NEC, IEEE, NEMA, etc.
Carrying out final line walk through after line completion & preparing punch list by Indicating A, B, C items for each package.
Reporting both verbally and in writing any non-conformance discovered.
Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for non-compliance activities against the Approved quality plans, inspection test plans, relevant to client
Inspection of all electrical grounding system.
Monitoring the underground installation, check the required burial depth and spacing requirement to adjacent installation, prior to back filling.
Witness of power cables & control cables installation and termination.
Review the Method of Statements for all electrical works.
Witness of installation of conduits, cable trays, cables laying, cable splicing, cable termination, transformers, motors, switch gear, mcc, control panels, control cables, bus duct, duct banks, earthling cables, lightening systems, etc.,
Monitoring the OHPL installation, check the required sagging and clearance.
Monitoring everyday project progress and preparing the reports to submit to the superior.
To prepare request for inspection for client inspection for completed activities.
Ensuring the installation per approved drawings & specification.
Verified/Checked on site if the installation layout on construction is based on project technical specification and standard practice of work.
Generate surveillance and non-conference report for difficult works, copies to construction Manager
/Quality Manager.
Review inspection test plan, Method of statement and quality notification documents.
Coordinate and prepare various documents such as test, Inspection reports, Safety approval prior to implement of work
Earth resistance test of the grounding system as per Standards. COMPUTER SKILLS
