Seeking the position of HVAC and Kitchen technical Engineer where I can use my skills in test design, electrical, electronic, control systems, and programming. My vast exposure to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing will be very useful in providing HVAC engineering and maintenance skills to the company.

Experience

· Complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotels standard operating procedures

· Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC mechanical plumbing electrical and various other building systems to maintain the properties in peak operational condition.

· Supervised the first luxury apartment project HVAC system in Sri Lanka.

· Supervised the largest VRV project which placed in Nawaloka Hospital group in Sri Lanka.

· Identify energy savings opportunities at facilities including system and operational changes that can decrease the property’s energy consumption.

· Prepare HVAC specifications and control sequence of operation.

· Write basis of design document for HVAC systems.

· Forecast, maintain, and meet project budget.

· Delegate and direct work to designers and drafters for ductwork and piping plans.
