Coffee Export Contract

3. Method of Payment

Method of payment will be 100% advance payment (TT) 4. Shipment and Delivery Terms

4.1. Seller is responsible to arrange shipment of good by Air from Addis Ababa to Muscat, Oman.

4.2. The coffee will be packed with a clean bag, each weighing 60kg (0.5% weight loss acceptable)

4.3. Seller will deliver the goods in the month of March/2024. If the seller fails to deliver on time the buyer has the right for a full refund. 5. Quality Supervision

5.1. Mr Abubaker Dafalla Elsmmani who is representative of the buyer will be responsible to check the quality of the coffee and all the documentation the buyer requires. The seller has full responsibility to supply any document or quality test the representative asks. 6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. If any dispute arises both parties will try to resolve the issue amicably. If it cannot be solved, it will be resolved by Ethiopian law.
