I've worked in many different fields from landscaping to drywall finishing as well as general laborer and roofing . I've poured concrete worked as a machine operator and furniture mover. I've done merchandising,pick and pack jobs, drove forklifts, and even worked in the fast food industry.What I've learned is that every job has a few things in common which is if u work hard, stay busy, and show up everyday if you are respectful and take pride in your work as well as in the company you work for it will not be long before your superiors take notice to you and award you for your hard work and dedication. I strive to be the best employee I can be and reach higher levels in every job I work at. I have a few periods of missing employment due to a few bad choices early in life that led me to be incarcerated since then I have learned a lot about what not to do and have turned my life around. I'm not defined by my past,but it does remind me of how if your not disciplined and focused and patient your likely to lose more than you could ever gain. Machine operator and line leader, QC as well as machine maintenance light cleaning and forklift driving I was a line leader and overseen the productivity of myself as well as 2_5 other employees.During my time employed at Eastgate graphics I quickly climbed up from a crew member to a line leader, I would have been made third shift foreman,but the other employees believed I was to young at the time, and they also disagreed with the decision due to the fact that I had only been employed there for 6 or 7 months before I was nominated by my foreman for the position.My numbers of production surpassed every other employee who worked on the same machine as I had that day marginally higher,and I was was often the person asked to perform extra tasks outside of my job description,playing the roll of assistant foreman or shift supervisor due to the fact my work ethic as well as knowledge of machines and equipment was known to most of my supervisors to be very impressive .Im a fast learner and very driven.I take pride in my work and enjoy helping my team members to become more efficient in areas where I'm able to or needed to.
