Main duties

Extend Support to Divisional Head PS & CM OPS

on ongoing projects for digitalization &

automation of process within PSG.

Ensure smooth operational activities of cash

management mandate customers.

Ensure to follow SOP & Policies for operational

activities.

Ensure Collection/Payment transactions are (1)

processed, (2) reconciled, (3) funded, (4)

monitored & (5) reviewed with highest accuracy

& within prescribed TAT.

/ NBP Branches for their day to day queries,

Responsible for highlighting needs of system

developments, abnormalities, rectifications &

teams. Besides performing systems UATs etc along

with implementation of newly developed systems

& procedures.

Providing support in devising system & procedural documents i.e. manuals, agreements, circulars,

SLAs etc. Keeping continuous liaison with other

teams & providing required feedback on new

customers & businesses.

Ensure correct MIS reporting to customer on
